(A) Intent: The purpose of this section is to establish standards for the requirement of individuals to attend food safety education courses and to pass a competency examination when found to have posed a risk to the safety of the community.
(B) Incorporation By Reference: Pursuant to Government Code section 50022.1 et seq., ordinance G-8612 of the board of supervisors of the county of Kern, state of California which adds chapter 8.59 to title 8 of the Kern County ordinance code regarding food safety education and each and every term, provision, rule, and regulation therein is hereby incorporated by this reference as if fully set forth herein verbatim.
