3-1.5-8: ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES:

Removal of the inspection summary report is a violation of this chapter and may result in the suspension or revocation of the environmental health permit.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor, and subject to the provisions as specified in Chapters 8.04 and 8.54 of the Kern County Code of Ordinances. (Ord. 727-07, 1-2-2007, eff. 7-1-2007; amd. Ord. 836-20, 5-5-2020)
