9-14-1: ESTABLISHED:
There is established a Traffic Committee to serve without compensation, consisting of the City Engineer or his representative, the Chief of Police of the City or his designated representative, the District Traffic Engineer of the California Department of Transportation (CalTrans) District 6 or his representative, the Captain of the California Highway Patrol having jurisdiction within the City or his representative, one member of the public appointed by the City Council, one member of the City Council, and one member of the Planning Commission. The chairman of the Traffic Committee shall be the City Council member. (Ord. 680-2000, 4-4-2000)
