It is hereby declared to be a nuisance and it shall be unlawful for any person to keep or maintain within the city, in any zone unless specifically permitted by title VI (planning and zoning) of this code any chicken, turkey or other fowl; horse, mule, donkey or other equine animal; cow, steer, or other bovine animal; sheep, goats or other ovine animal; rabbits or other lagomorph mammals, pigs or other swine, or any other small livestock animal.
