Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of an infraction and shall be punished by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00). If a violation continues, each day's violation shall be deemed a separate violation. If any person is found guilty by a court of violating this chapter, his permit to own, keep, harbor or have custody of animals shall be deemed automatically revoked and no new permit may be issued.
