755.07 FALSE ALARM NOTICE.

The Director of Public Safety shall send a "False Alarm Notice" by mail to the person deemed to be the user of the alarm system following a false alarm occurrence. The notice shall state the appropriate warning or fee prescribed by Section 755.05 and inform the alarm user of their right to appeal as provided in Section 755.08.
