It is hereby declared to be unlawful to move any building, shed or structure into the above described Fire Zone that does not conform to the requirements of § 94.02. It is likewise unlawful to move any building, shed or structures or any part thereof within the Fire Zone which does not conform to the requirements of § 94.02 from one location within the Fire Zone to another location within the Fire Zone. No building shall be moved into or from one location within the Fire Zone to another location without first having secured a permit to do so from the City Council, following the procedure outlined in § 94.04(A).
