§ 94.02 CONSTRUCTION; FIRE-PROOF MATERIAL.
   Every building or other structure hereafter erected within the Fire Zone shall be constructed of fire- proof material having a fire resistance equal to not less than the fire resistance of brick or stone. The non-support interior walls and partitions may be constructed of a material that is not fire-proof. The roof of every building or other structure hereafter erected within the Fire Zone must be constructed of a fire- proof material having a greater fire resistance than wood or plank. Built up roofs will be permitted so long as the beams and supports therefor have the equivalent fire resistance of brick or stone.
