(A) It shall be unlawful to construct or maintain any privy, privy vault, cesspool or other private sewage disposal facilities, which do not comply with § 52.020 of this chapter.
(B) This section shall not restrict the temporary use of self-contained “chemical toilets” or similar facilities, typically used at construction sites or where such facilities are warranted.
