§ 52.999 PENALTY.

Any person who shall continue any violation of this chapter beyond the time limit provided in § 52.135 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount no less than $25 and not more than $750 for each violation. Each day on which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
