Where a public sanitary or combined sewer is not available under the provisions of § 52.015 of this chapter, the village may grant a permit allowing the building sewer be connected to a private sewage disposal system; provided that, said system complies with all requirements of the State Private Sewage Disposal Licensing Act, 225 ILCS 225/1 et seq., and Code as administered by the County Director of Land Development, and is approved by the inspectors.
