(A) Administrative penalties.
(1) Suspension of use privileges. Any person found to be in violation of these rules and regulations may be prohibited, by the Town Manager, from using a specific park facility or all park facilities for a period of up to one year. Use of park facilities in violation of such a prohibition shall be regarded as trespassing.
(2) Restitution and community service. With the approval of the Town Manager, a person found to be in violation of these rules and regulations may be allowed to perform community service and/or provide restitution in lieu of prosecution.
(B) Civil penalties. Any person found to be in violation of this chapter may, in addition to other remedies, be subject to civil fines of up to $100 per violation.
(C) Criminal penalties. Any person found to be in violation of these provisions is guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor, punishable as set forth in § 10.99 of this code.
(D) Separate violations. Each day or instance of violation shall be a separate and distinct offense.
