(A) Applicability. The rules and regulations of this chapter shall apply to all park facilities owned, leased, controlled, or operated by the Town of Swansboro.
(B) Enforcement. The provisions of this chapter may be enforced by law enforcement officers, the Town Manager, the Public Works Director, and/or any other municipal employee to whom the Town Manager delegates park supervision responsibilities.
