§ 54.02 LIMITATIONS ON REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENTS.

The provisions of this chapter shall not be used to circumvent, avoid, or alter any infrastructure improvement requirements set forth in the Unified Development Ordinance or in other provisions of the town code, or for the specific purpose and intent of circumventing the competitive bidding requirements for public contracts.
