(A) At the first regular meeting following election of the Board of Commissioners, the Mayor shall appoint, with the consent of the Board, two Commissioners to serve as members to each committee. Each Commissioner may serve on two committees.
(B) Each Committee shall consist of the Town Manager as recording secretary, the working department head, if any, and the two Commissioners appointed to the Committee by the Mayor.

(C) Committees shall, unless otherwise ordered, be appointed by the Mayor, and approved by a majority vote of the Board of Commissioners. All committees shall make reports to the Board upon request, and committee members shall receive any compensation for extra and special service as the Board may designate.
