§ 30.51 STANDING COMMITTEES.

   (A)   The following shall be the standing committees of the Board of Commissioners:

      (1)   Administration, finance, management, and intergovernmental affairs;

      (2)   Planning and development, parks, recreation and community affairs;

      (3)   Public safety (police and fire);

      (4)   Public utilities, public works and sanitation.

   (B)   Items may be referred to standing committees for further review and recommendation, at regular or special called meetings of the Board. The referral shall be by formal motion and consent by the majority of the Board.
