§ 30.34 MOTIONS HAVING PRECEDENCE; MOTION TO ADJOURN.
   (A)   When a question is under consideration, no motion shall be received, except the following:
      (1)   To lay on the table;
      (2)   To postpone to a time certain;
      (3)   To postpone indefinitely;
      (4)   To refer to a committee;
      (5)   To amend;
      (6)   To strike out or insert;
      (7)   To divide.
   (B)   Motions for any of these purposes shall have precedence in the order named in division (A).

   (C)   At a meeting of the Board, a motion to adjourn shall have precedence over all other motions and shall be acted on immediately and without debate. (OC, § 2-1-23)
