(A) A majority of the members elected to the Board of Commissioners shall constitute a quorum for the conduct of business, but a less number may adjourn from time to time and compel the attendance of absent members in a manner as may be prescribed by ordinance.
(B) If a quorum of the Board is not present, the Mayor may send for the absentees, and if a quorum fails to attend, the meeting shall stand adjourned to such time as may be agreed upon by a majority of the Board members present.
