(A) The regular meetings of the Mayor and Board of Commissioners of the town shall be held on the fourth Tuesday of each month at the Town Hall unless otherwise designated by the Board of Commissioners.
(B) The regular meetings of the Historic District Commission of the town shall be held on the third Tuesday of each month at the Town Hall, unless otherwise designated by the Historic District Commission.
(C) The regular meetings of the Planning Board of the town shall be held on the first Tuesday of each month at the Town Hall, unless otherwise designated by the Planning Board.
(D) The regular meetings of the Board of Adjustment shall be held on an as needed basis at the Town Hall, unless otherwise designated by the Board of Adjustment as permitted by this code or by other applicable law.
(E) Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed or interpreted to prohibit any of the agencies named in this chapter from holding special meetings or from otherwise appropriately recessing a regular meeting to a time other than the regular meeting time as set out in this chapter, so long as any additional meeting is properly noticed as required by law; provided, however, that only the Board of Commissioners may change the regular meeting time of any of the agencies named in the chapter. Provided further that the chairman of any board or commission except the Board of Commissioners may cancel any meeting if it is apparent prior to the meeting that there is no business to come before the meeting.
