§ 130.30 INJURY TO PRIVATE OR TOWN PROPERTY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to injure any property belonging to another.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to injure, damage, deface, trespass upon, break or injure any property belonging to the town.
