§ 130.04 BOAT LAUNCHING AT WARD’S SHORE PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to launch or retrieve any motorboat, canoe, jet-ski, wave-runner or any other water craft designed to carry a human operator or passengers at the property located near the western terminus of Water Street in the town and commonly known as Ward's Shore.
