(A) Fishing from the bridges over White Oak River. Fishing from the two bridges on N.C. Highway 24 crossing the White Oak River is prohibited. This division (A) shall be effective after signs are posted on the bridges by the highway department.

(B) Fishing from Bicentennial Park. It shall be unlawful for any person to fish from the walkway under the N.C. Highway 24 bridge at the Bicentennial Park and from any other area in the Bicentennial Park in which fishing is prohibited.

(C) Fishing from the Dock Walk. It shall be unlawful for any person to fish from any point along the Dock Walk.
(D) Violation. Violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor.
