§ 111.03 PERMIT REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a taxicab or other vehicle for hire upon and over the streets of the town, if the passenger was picked up within the town limits, without first having applied for and secured from the Town Manager a permit as hereinafter set forth.
