§ 30.02 OATH OF OFFICE.

The Mayor and each Commissioner shall, before entering upon the duties of office, take and subscribe, before some person lawfully entitled to administer oaths, the oath of office prescribed in Article VI, Sec. 7 of the State Constitution. The oaths of office shall then be filed with the Town Clerk.
