For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
HOUSE. A dwelling, building or other structure in excess of 14 feet in width.
PERMIT. A permit issued by the Code Enforcement Department Official of the town pursuant to this chapter.
PERSON. An individual, corporation, partnership, association or any other business entity.
WORKING DAYS. Monday through Friday of each week except for official holidays during which the town offices are not open for business.
