§ 93.033 NEGLIGENT EXCAVATIONS ON CONTIGUOUS LOTS.

Every person is forbidden to make or cause to be made any excavations on any lot contiguous to any street or sidewalk so negligently that the same, by caving in or otherwise, may in any manner endanger or injure the street or sidewalk, or persons using the same.
