§ 92.51 DISPOSAL OF VEHICLE WITH OWNER’S CONSENT.
   With the owner's consent, the town may remove and dispose of any vehicle as a junk vehicle regardless of value or condition of the vehicle and without waiting the aforesaid 15-day period.
