§ 92.47 DUTY OF OWNER TO REMOVE.
   If a motor vehicle is abandoned on a public street or upon property owned or operated by the municipality, it shall be the duty and responsibility of the owner of the vehicle, after due notice, to cause the removal or the vehicle immediately and pay all costs incidental to the removal.
