(A) All refuse, lumber and debris remaining both as a result of the repair of any new buildings or of the erection and completion of any new building, shall be removed by the property owner within ten days from the completion of the aforesaid work.
(B) Portable sanitation facilities associated with permitted construction projects may be maintained on the construction site not in excess of 20 days after the project has received its final building inspection. Violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor.
