§ 91.45 SCHEDULE OF FEES.
   The Town Board of Commissioners may establish and amend a schedule of fees for the permits, certificates, approvals and other functions performed under this chapter which shall be payable to the town. The fees shall accompany each application for the permit, approval, certificate or other fee-related code provision.
