§ 91.39 PERMIT REQUIRED.

Before any permits may be issued as required by this chapter and the Fire Prevention Code, the Fire Marshal or the Fire Marshal's assistants shall inspect and approve the receptacles, processes, vehicles, buildings or storage spaces to be used for any purposes requiring permits hereunder.
