§ 91.05 POLICE POWER; LIBERALLY CONSTRUED.

This chapter and the current NFPA Fire Appendices as adopted in § 91.20 shall be deemed to be within the exercise of the police powers of the town for the preservation and protection of the public health, peace, safety and welfare; and all the provisions of the Fire Prevention Code shall be liberally construed for that purpose.
