(A) The town hereby establishes boundaries for the extraterritorial enforcement of the following ordinances:
(1) Ordinance creating:
(a) Municipal Planning Board;
(b) Municipal Inspection Department.
(2) North Carolina State Building Code;
(3) Zoning Ordinance;
(4) Subdivision Regulations;
(5) Mobile Home Ordinance.
(B) The boundaries indicated in this chapter shall be delineated on the face of a map entitled Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of the Town of Swansboro which is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated herein by reference.
(C) The official copy of any ordinances and the map described in division (B) of this section shall be on record in the office of the Town Clerk for public inspection during normal business hours. The Town Clerk shall cause a certified copy of the ordinances and map (which may be reduced in size, provided that the boundaries set out thereon are still clearly legible) as hereby amended to be recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Onslow County, North Carolina.
(D) All ordinances or parts of ordinances of the town which are in conflict with this amendment are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict.
(E) This amendment shall be effective upon its passage.
