(A) It shall be unlawful to operate any truck in excess of the size of a three-quarter ton pick-up truck on the public streets and highways of the town which are listed as follows:
(1) Broad Street;
(2) Shore Drive;
(3) Church Street; and
(4) Main Street.
(B) Except, it shall be lawful to operate any truck of any size on the aforesaid streets for the purpose of picking up or delivering articles of merchandise, goods, or personal property to or from any of the residences or businesses located on these streets.
