§ 71.02 EXCEPTIONS.

(A) It shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle in excess of the speeds designated, upon the street or portions of streets of the state highway system listed in Ch. 74, Sch. VI(A) of this code.

(B) It shall be unlawful to operate a vehicle in excess of the speeds designated, upon the streets or portion of streets, not a part of the state highway system, listed in Ch. 74, Sch. VI(B) of this code.
