PREFACE
The Regulated Tree List is intended to help the developer, as well as Town and ETJ Citizens, in identifying and preserving one of our most precious resources; The indigenous trees of Eastern North Carolina. It is not intended to prevent or hinder the full enjoyment and use of one’s property. Preserving what we have today will insure that we can enjoy it tomorrow.
