§ 52.049 TOWN MAY REJECT CERTAIN WASTES.
   (A)   If any waters or wastes (discharged or proposed to be discharged to the town sewers) contain the substances or possess the characteristics enumerated in this chapter, and which in the judgement of the town or county, may have a deleterious effect upon the wastewater treatment works, processes, equipment or receiving waters, or which create a hazard to life, or constitute a public nuisance, the town may reject the wastes.
   (B)   The town may discontinue water service or sewer service, or both, to any user who violates this chapter when, in the judgement of the town, the action is necessary to protect the wastewater treatment works, processes, equipment or receiving waters from injury or damage, or is necessary to protect life or health.
