The property
shall be held responsible for compliance with the provisions of this subchapter and shall cooperate with the town in its efforts to administer and enforce these requirements. Any act constituting a violation of this subchapter that results in destruction, removal, or damage of trees, shrubs and any other regulated
without a permit, shall subject the property
to enforcement proceedings as cited in §§ 152.130 through 152.135.
