§ 52.041 STORM DRAINAGE AND GROUND WATER.
   (A)   Storm water, ground water, rain water, street drainage, subsurface drainage or yard drainage shall not be discharged through direct or indirect connection to a sanitary sewer unless a permit is issued by the town. The town shall approve the discharge of the water only when no reasonable alternative method of disposal is available.
   (B)   If a permit is granted for the discharge of the water into a sanitary sewer, the user shall pay the charges and fees and meet other conditions as required by the town.
