§ 152.410 ABROGATION AND GREATER RESTRICTIONS.

This subchapter is not intended to repeal, abrogate, or impair any existing , covenants, or deed restrictions. However, where this subchapter and another conflict or overlap, whichever imposes the more stringent restrictions shall prevail.
