§ 52.022 OUTSIDE CONNECTIONS.

Any person owning or controlling premises located beyond the corporate limits of the town and desiring to install a plumbing system for the purpose of discharging domestic wastewater and/or industrial wastewater into the collection system owned or controlled by the town may do so upon approval of the town and by complying with the requirements of this chapter.
