§ 152.174 ONLY ONE MAIN BUILDING, ONE MAIN USE ON LOT, AND ORIENTATION OF A BUILDING.
   (A)   In all districts, every hereafter erected or altered shall be located on a separate , as defined in this chapter, and in no case shall there be more than one and permitted accessory on the nor more than one main use (e.g. commercial, industrial or residential) per and ; provided that this requirement shall not apply to uses that are permitted in the Table of Permitted Uses (§ 152.179) within the same zoning district and located in the same , nor to or , nor to a use.
   (B)   The following exceptions shall apply within the B2HDO district:
      (1)    has a historically contributing ;
      (2)   Contributing cannot be expanded without losing character of ;
      (3)   Sufficient room to place infill ;
      (4)   Must meet all Swansboro Historic Preservation Commission B2HDO requirements concerning ; and
      (5)   New (infill) may be larger but shall not overpower the immediate surrounding .
