(A) This chapter shall be effective throughout the town’s planning jurisdiction. The town’s planning jurisdiction comprises the area within the town as shown on the “Official Zoning Map” for the Town of Swansboro. Such planning jurisdiction may be modified from time to time in accordance with G.S. §§ 160D-201 through 160D-204.
(B) In addition to other locations required by law, a copy of the official zoning map showing the boundaries of the town’s planning jurisdiction shall be available for public inspection in the Town of Swansboro Town Clerk’s Office.
(C) The provisions of this chapter shall in no way regulate or prohibit any and its related
within the town’s
.
(D) No land owned by the State of North Carolina may be included within an overlay district or without approval by the Council of State or its delegate as required by G.S. § 160D-913.0
