§ 33.04 CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT.
   Members of the Police Department shall be appointed by the Chief of Police after due examination and based upon the results of the examination. Unless provided otherwise by the Board, members of the Police Department shall be subject to the general personnel policies of the town.
