§ 33.02 COMPOSITION OF DEPARTMENT.

The Police Department of the town shall consist of a Chief of Police and police officers of a designated grade as the Town Board deems necessary, from time to time, all of whom shall hold office at the pleasure of the Town Board, and shall receive compensation as the Town Board shall direct.
