§ 38.03 GENERAL PROHIBITION OF SMOKING IN PUBLIC PLACES.
   (A)   Smoking is prohibited in all public places within the city, except for within areas designated as smoking areas in accordance with § 38.05.
   (B)   Smoking is prohibited in any city facility.
   (C)   Smoking is prohibited within 15 feet from an entrance or operable window of an enclosed area in which smoking is prohibited.
