§ 38.05 DESIGNATION OF SMOKING ROOMS WITHIN HOTELS AND MOTELS RESTRICTED.
   A hotel and motel may not designate more than 25% of its rooms that are rented for temporary overnight occupation by the public as smoking rooms.
