Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $200 per offense. Each and every day on which any violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.
