Except as provided in § 130.03, it shall be unlawful to discharge any firearms of any type within the city limits. For the purposes of this chapter, a
FIREARM shall mean any device designed, made or adapted to expel a projectile through a barrel by using the energy generated by an explosion, burning substance, gas, compressed air or spring and mechanical devices or any other device to propel an object in a controlled direction.
