§ 130.99 PENALTY.

Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $500. Each day of the violation shall constitute a separate offense. The penalty shall be cumulative and not exclusive of any other rights or remedies the city may have.
